We welcome prospective parents and students to visit our campus each fall and in early January during the Open Application period prior to the lottery. During these informational tours you will meet the Headmaster, tour the campus, and learn about the school’s mission, curriculum, and what makes Founders Classical Academy of Leander unique among other public charter schools.
Grammar school tours (K-5) will focus primarily on the classes and facilities for those grades and the Upper School tours (6-12) will be specific for students in those grades. If you plan to apply for children in both the grammar and upper schools, you are welcome to attend both tours, although some information will be repeated.
Children are welcome to attend, but must be registered in a tour spot, unless they are in a stroller or will be held or carried. Please bring a valid driver's license and check in at the front desk 15 minutes prior to the beginning of the tour. The tour will start promptly at 9:00 AM in our main building, Building 3. When facing the campus, there are three buildings; Building 3 is on the far right facing south (it has big glass windows and burgundy awnings). Please arrive a few minutes early to check in at the main office. Every person in attendance (except children) will need a driver's license in order to check in.
