Mrs. Veronica Solorzano

Mrs. Veronica Solorzano (previously Miller) was born and raised in Northern California. She attended Christendom College in Virginia and earned an undergraduate degree in English literature. Eventually, she made her way down to Texas to attend the University of Dallas, where she earned a Master’s degree in English literature. Her favorite classes were in British literature, especially any involving Evelyn Waugh, whose work was the subject of her thesis. Mrs. Solorzano began teaching in Dallas in 2011 and started at Founders in 2014. She has taught literature and composition classes, led several clubs, and coached soccer. Interestingly, Mrs. Solorzano is a proficient skier and snowboarder, makes jewelry in her spare time, and has no spare time.
